- A US citizen at least 30 days prior to the election
- A resident of PA for at least 30 days prior to the election
- At least 18 years old on or before election day (you CAN register when you’re 17)
- Convicted of a misdemeanor
- A felon who has completed your sentence
- Homeless
- Registered by the deadline for each election

- At PennDOT locations where you get your driver’s license
